Creatorwood turns books, scripts, and stories into AI-made movies and shows, and helps brands run standout commercials. We're hiring an Appointment Setter to work our CRM and get inbound leads booked onto calls — fast.
What you'll be doing:
1. Monitor our CRM and respond to inbound leads in real time
2. Qualify leads and get them booked onto calls with our team — for video production (Movie Machine) and advertising services
3. Follow up persistently until leads are booked or disqualified
4. Track your pipeline and hit monthly booking/performance targets
Previous appointment-setting experience is required for this role. You should be sharp, comfortable operating inside a CRM, and fast — leads go cold quickly, and speed is a huge part of this job.
Hiring process: This written application, followed by a live exercise for shortlisted candidates — we'll give you a set of real (anonymized) leads and their messages and see how you handle them.
