Creatorwood turns books, scripts, and stories into AI-made movies and shows. We're building out a Critics/Clipping Program — a network of clippers and community members who cut and post clips of our shows across the internet — and we're hiring someone to run it.
What you'll be doing:
1. Build and run Creatorwood's clipping/critics program
2. Recruit and manage clippers who cut and post clips of our shows
3. Manage our Discord community around the program
4. Set specs and briefs for clipping campaigns per show
5. Track performance and grow the program over time
This role starts part-time (roughly 15–20 hours/week), with real potential to grow into full-time as the program scales. It's based in the Philippines and requires efficient English. Note: this can be a tougher role to fill well — we may end up hiring internally from one of our other roles into this one.
Hiring process: This written application, followed by a paid case study for shortlisted candidates. You'll take a real Creatorwood show and build the specs for a clipping campaign for it, plus share what you know about clipping in general.
