Become an AI Creative Strategist ⭐ – Remote

Creatorwood is hiring an AI Creative Strategist to join our brand production team. You'll take real product from consumer brands, software companies, and CPG and use AI tools (primarily Creatorwood's platform) to turn them into scripts and storyboards for standout TV commercials.
This role can be structured as either a full-time salaried position or a contract/freelance arrangement, we'll find the right fit based on the right person.
Here's what you'll be doing as an AI Creative Strategist:
1. Turn brand briefs into compelling commercial concepts and scripts
2. Build storyboards using AI image and video tools
3. Given a brand, a commercial goal, and a brief, actually produce the ad: copy, script, storyboard, and creative direction
4. Work in the other direction too: given a finished ad, reverse-engineer the brand brief that could have produced it
5. Adapt tone and style across consumer, software, and CPG categories
6. Collaborate with our brand sales and production teams through every stage
7. Revise based on client feedback: retention is core to how we measure success
8. As you grow in the role, potential to manage and mentor a small team of creative strategists
Here's experience that's useful before you start:
1. Experience writing scripts, copy, or storyboards for ads or commercials
2. Comfort using AI tools (image/video generation, LLMs) as part of a creative workflow
3. An eye for what makes a commercial actually work — hook, pacing, payoff
4. Bonus: experience across multiple brand categories (consumer, software, CPG)
Hiring process: This role has two stages — this written application, and, for shortlisted candidates, a paid case study with two parts: (1) given a brand, a commercial goal, and a brief, you'll actually make the ad — copy, script, and storyboard; and (2) given a finished ad, you'll write the brand brief that could have produced it.
