Remote, part-time to start

Become a Clipping & Critics Coordinator ⭐

Build and run the network of clippers cutting our shows across the internet.

🔭 This is a future-facing role. We plan to hire for it in the coming months. Applying now puts you first in line.

The role

We're building a Critics and Clipping Program: a network of clippers and community members who cut and post show clips across the internet.

We're hiring someone to run it. Heads up, this role may end up being filled internally, but we want to meet great people either way.

What you'll do

  • Build and run the clipping program from scratch
  • Recruit and manage clippers
  • Manage the Discord community
  • Set specs and briefs for each show
  • Track performance and grow the program

Useful experience

  • You've clipped, or run a clipping program, and know the tools
  • Community management, especially Discord
  • Comfort setting briefs and holding people to them

Compensation

Around $6 to $8 per hour, part-time to start at 15 to 20 hours a week, with room to grow into full-time.

Hiring process

Hiring happens in two stages. First we review your application. If you're shortlisted, we move to a paid case study or live exercise so you can show the work instead of just describing it.

Record a 60-90 second video. A phone selfie is fine. Tell us who you are, show us a clip or community you're proud of, and why you'd be great at this job.
